Wailmer, the Ball Whale Pokémon from the Hoenn region, has joined the fray! It’s heavy, but also slippery! It uses a variety of water moves to get the slip on foes!



Wailmer spouts water to damage foes. The lower Wailmer’s health, the lower the move's power.


Wailmer charges the target with speed to climb waterfalls.


Wailmer rolls into the target. This attack becomes more powerful each time it hits.



Wailmer summons a ring of water that will gradually restore the health of anyone in it if it hits a foe.

(Creator’s notes: This character was fun to make. Everyone likes Wailmer. It’s a legal requirement I’m pretty sure. It was kind of a break character when I didn’t want to work on Riku or Riki, who are very nearly finished as I write this. Wasn’t sure on a few things, but it will be fiiine probably.
