I generally find the idea of your mod, allowing the nobility to work, very interesting and convincing. I tested it in a Denmark game, where I face great challenges stabilizing the country without expansion through wars. After assigning nobles to gold production in Copenhagen and producing silver in another city within the same province, as well as pearls on the mainland, my balance rose from less than 2 ducats to 10, and after upgrading the gold production level, even up to 20 ducats per month. However, this seemed a bit too strong for me, which throws the balance somewhat off. I really like your mods and appreciate the idea very much, but from my point of view, a lesser impact for the economic effects would be more reasonable.
