Modified Wall-to-Wall Apartments #1

描述
Requires the "Plazas & Promenades" DLC

A pack of 5 modified residential wall-to-wall buildings from the Plazas & Promenades DLC.
They have the same building design with levels 1 to 5. The height increases as the level goes up.

Note: these are corner buildings and will only grow in corners.

Made the following changes from the originals:
  1. Removed the weird colorful wall paintings
  2. Made the wall colors more subtle (white/grey/pastel colors)
  3. Did some prop changes (no workshop props required, its all vanilla or Plazas & Promenades props).

How to use these:

Zoning:
  1. Create a district
  2. Go to "Residential Specializations" tab
  3. Select "Residential Wall to Wall Buildings"
  4. Zone High Residential (4X4 blocks)
  5. Note: these are corner buildings and will only grow in corners.

Plopping:
"Find It" -> "w2w apartments"
or
"Find It" -> filter by "Growables" -> filter by "Residential Wall-to-Wall" -> filter by "Custom assets"

@balogun2011 Me too :)
Had a hundred buildings that I paid for but did not use.

Perfect. Always hated those murals.

@Harranczyk if you like those wall art thingies, great, you don't need this :)
This was done for those of us who find it odd and unrealistic.

@chr.ic @Dark Ali @general socks chicken
glad to see I'm not the only one who finds these odd and unusable :)

"Weird"? Wasn't those modern-art murals on buildings one of the selling points of the dlc?

"weird"? you mean atrocious wall patterns? 😂

Yes, yes, yes, yes. I love that you used the word "weird" in the first panel; that's exactly it. Thanks, man.

They are much more usable now. Thanks!
