Disable Heavy Weapon Effect

When you walk with heavy weapon, you will not suffer effect of heavy weapon.

This mod only effect you.

Since you can avoid this effect by switching weapon slots in unmodded game, I have chosen to put QoL Tag instead of Gameplay Tweaks. Less micro for all!
