The Hospital building will give a minor but significant population growth bonus!

- Expandable , level up your hospitals but mind the cost!
- Scalable, Over the ages your maximum limit increases!
- Balance, to balance the mod the cost has been increased !

@serotoninpack, for compatibility reasons I think it is not a good idea to touch other aspect of the game

I think it should give a bonus to prosperity instead, which indirectly contributes to pop growth.

Update
- now the hospital gives a 0.05% per month
- now the max limit changes with the province stat!
- now the cost is approx 0.5 ducats a month per hospital level

Yes I am planning to do an update.
That the maximum level scale with development.
I am testing it right now I might roll up an update today and tomorrow. I will be happy to have some feedback :)

Great idea but too break. I think it is too much population growth when you build 5 hospitals. Could you please maker another mod which give yo plus 0,04% population growth per hospital level?? THANK YOU

0.2 seems high still

perhaps add an option to adjust it in game or add a "balanced" version?

I wish there wasn't a restriction on where you can build these or how much Dev you need to build them. With how slow Dev grows some places just never get to make the things.

I know why. This mod can upgrade a city into a metropolis. Is there a way to make it compatible?
