NEW UPDATE (17/11/2025)
Features:
Fixed issue with Bromsgrove appearing in the English Premier League when using the English Lower League databases as well as this one.
Amended attendance figures for 6 clubs that had over inflated attendances.

Previous update features (10/11/2025)
Altered dates in the JD Prem to avoid December/January fixture congestion
Euro Playoff alteration to avoid league not generating should more than 5 teams qualify for Europe.
Updated leagues to ensure all teams are at their current (real life) level and that the league areas draw the correct teams.
Two new leagues added - NWC East Division 2 (L6) and Swansea Div 3 (L8)
Some new teams added.
Stadiums checked to ensure all have co-ordinates (affects regional division)
Scouting Levels set to "None" Below Cymru N/S which stops teams losing money at the start of the game.

Back for yet another year... We delve, once more, in to the lower reaches of Welsh football, with an 8 Tier system, based on the real life pyramid. Due to time constraints and family illnesses, i haven't been able to create a file from scratch this year, so i've merged the new data with my FM24 file. I'll continue working to add subtle changes over time.

As i'm mixing two sets of data, it's likely there may be one or two random issues that occur, so if you spot anything, please let me know... I prefer to build from scratch but i just don't have the time unfortunately!

Currently available League Structure
Level 1 - JD Welsh Premier League
Level 2 - JD Welsh North & South Division
Level 3 - Welsh Ardal Leagues
Level 4 - 8 Divisions
Level 5 - 12 Divisions
Level 6 - 11 Divisions
Level 7 - 13 Divisions
Level 8 - 5 Divisions
JD Welsh Cup (Includes additional Qualifying Rounds in first year and amended competition once the Premier League has 16 teams.)
Nathianal MG Cup (modified for second season onwards
Ardal Northern League Cup
Ardal Southern League Cup
FAW Trophy - For teams in Levels 3-5
Around 30 Additional Local Cup and League Cup competitions

Other competitions
Cymru Development League - 32 teams over 2 regionalised divisions with a playoff at the end of the season to determine the winner - for U19s
Regional Youth leagues - 4 regional divisions of 16 teams - for U19s
Premier Reserve League of 16 Teams - all Premier League Teams plus 4 from Level 2
Reserve League Regionals - 4 regional divisions of 16 teams

Setup
On the setup screen, make sure that tyou select add staff and add players
If you wish for all competition records to appear in game, you need to load up all divisions otherwise they won't start recording.

Future Aims
Working on a new, cleaner database, to tidy things up in the background and make the file quicker.
The new set of rules will, hopefully, feature reserves and youth teams within the league structure for the first time but this is work in progress.

If anyone notices anything strange, let me know in the comments and i'll look at fixing them.

Thank you so much for the comments guys. I updated the promotion and relegations within the English Leagues for FM24 which although they work ok in isolation, unfortunately, haven't mixed well with other databases in FM26. Needless to say, i've now removed these old database changes so, following a test, Bromsgrove no longer appear in the Premier League. I've also made changes to the attendances for certain clubs and will upload the new file shortly once it verifies.

I’ve seen the bromsgrove issue too.
Using your file and dans England one cause it fo me. his file with another welsh one and it’s fine.
Once I’m back from holiday tomorrow I’ll try your file and somebody else England file and see if there’s an issue

Hi Frown, this doesn't happen on any of my saves... have you loaded any other files with this one? Sometimes two files have changes that are not compatible with each other

For some reason this database also seems to put Bromsgrove Sporting in the English premier league and removes Man City in their place.

Hi Frown, thanks for pointing this out. The Wiki site i use doesn't have the Mid Wales South listed which is why this has been missed. I may have to reorganise the Central League in to basic divisions rather than regionalise them as they are now. Leave it with me.

Nice work, but I noticed Brecon Town are in the 7th tier, they should be in the 5th tier. And they're called Brecon FC now. Thanks.

Hey Shrew, haven't noticed any issues with euro places at the minute. The split is working however the games are just super late in the season so it means lots of games up until January and then months without any before the final 'split' games.

Keep up the good work with the database. It's awesome how much time and detail you put into it!
