Just 2 things I noticed, with "dark water" it leaves remnants of light blue along the coasts, like an artifact of the lighter water.
There is also a subtle texture on the zoomed out paper map that seems to disappear (not sure if this is intentional though), it might be from the Map/FX or Dark Water mod, couldn't really tell. When I only have the texture mod activated, the nice paper map texture comes back.
Do you know how to improve also snow texture?
Another irritating thing is, the same issue as in Victoria 3 - flickering of textures and trees. You have to increase:
NCamera = {

ZNEAR = 1
to at least ZNEAR = 10 in 00_gfx file.
