描述
A quick slop mod to add variance in an otherwise undeveloped mechanic

Each September, each region rolls a varying food productivity yield between -40% and +40%, since weather is pretty unmoddable at the moment.

Potential features for the future could include crop specific blights/failures and more natural spread of crop modifiers.

There may have to be some AI tweaks in how they refresh their trade routes but the odds of actual having a mass famine are very low.

I like the mod, but when food production is additive the swing is absorbed by the existing modifiers. +/- 40% is essentially halved when everything else adds up to around 100%

Swimmothy is my skadefryd.

I'm looking forward to using this mod. But I'm shelving this game for a while. In my England game, in 1530, my entire noble court has been replaced by Native Americans.
The English navy is led by a Native American.
The English army is led by a Native American.
My King is married to a native American.
I have Native Subjugation. My country is 98% English. But 80% of my English court is Native American.

let a man with some reservations about the game make a mod

The wagon in the picture wouldn't even work as the wheels clip into each other.
No wonder they struggle with food productivity.

Oh no, oh Swimmothy.
No more Bo meal mod.

You said you hated your guts the game and then you make a mod ?

It presents as a province modifier, you can hover over the food productivity modifier.
Theres also a debug situation in observer mode that color codes the regions.
May look into adding a mapmode

Thanks for the mod. Tell me, where can I find a description of the effect of the mod? I waited until September and still didn't understand if there was an increase in food in any of my provinces.
