This mod contains components from JecsTools:
AbilityUser
AbilityUserAI
(a stub with some additional support components)

- Updated to 1.6, JecsTools requirement removed (required components integrated)
- Fixed issue with werewolf texture not clearing after rage expires
- Fixed issue with werewolves storing and restoring equipment/apparel during transform
- Fixed patch for werewolf recruit resistance
- Added mod option to retain implants through transformations (default false)

Performance pass is next on the list.

This mod seems fairly stable at the moment. If you run into issues, please provide me a HugsLog and any additional details that you can.

Rim of Madness - Werewolves Unofficial 1.5 Update

Original mod by Jecrell, ported and updated to RimWorld 1.5.

As with Mlie's unofficially updated/ported mods, I do not claim ownership of this mod. Jecrell, is free to use this mod to update their own or request its removal. I also will not accept donations for this mod since I'm not the author.

Original Description:

Gameplay mod for RimWorld. Adds Werewolves to your game.

Languages:
English, Français (by Coyote2710), 한국어 (by totobrother)

Features:
  • 4 unlockable playable werewolf forms (and a hidden fifth type)
  • Adds moons to RimWorld with a custom moon cycle system.
  • Adds a neutral AI faction of Werewolves to interact with, or engage hostilities with to your peril.
  • Adds "silver treatment" system for colonies with machining tables to use against Werewolf damage immunity.

Startup Guide:
  • For a playable werewolf, you will need a colonist with the Werewolf (Unblooded) trait.
  • When the first full moon rises, they will go into a Werewolf fury. After they calm down, the werewolf will be able to make controlled transformations in the future for that form.
  • To unlock and level up forms, toggle the full moon fury icon to enable further random transformations during full moons.

Updates incorporated from Werewolves Continued by Mlie
  • Fixed compatiblity with Humanoid Alien Framework, thanks erdelf!
  • The issue with loading saves with an active moon-cycle should now be fixed, thanks lbmaian!
  • Added support for [SYR] Trait Value

Any chance you can add a setting for this mod that reminds us like 1 or 2 hours in advance that our werewolves will change bc of the full moon? I know its my fault but i tend to forget and lose track of time and have to reload to a time when my whole colony isnt dead from my forgetfulness. Please and Thank You :GhostLoveEyes:

I do have a question, when i lock up my werewolves for the full moon, sometimes they break walls or doors and other times they be good boys and girls and dont break out. What aspect makes them attack walls/doors?

oh ♥♥♥♥ i used to love this mod, i didn't think to check if it had an update/continued version before i started my current game. Is it okay to add mid-save?
