No free water

描述
Removes water from baths, toilets and other places where water may remain after the central water supply has been turned off

Mod is based on "No Water" Mod from DaNiG
(Workshop ID: 3161711698, Mod ID: NoWater)
and
"Water Goes Bad" from albion
(Workshop ID: 2849467715, Mod ID: WaterGoesBad)

Known issues:
When water is shut off within the loading radius, water remains in the containers

The mod will not be updated because a new mod has been created implementing this idea.

I don't know how to distinguish toilets from sinks
You can tell them apart by name, but there are too many options

In the future, I'd like to add:

- water will only remain in toilet cisterns
- an option in the settings for a random amount of water and percentage of toilets with water
- water drying - if 10 years have passed, there will be no water

And also combine this with the "Water Goes Bad" mod if it's not updated
