Removes some "controversial" Balance Changes from Chat GPT Flavor Pack

More (or future) "controversial" changes will be reverted here :)
-> Feel free to suggest which changes you want to be reverted!
-> To remove ALL balance changes Chat GPT Flavor Pack (Vanilla)

NOTE: Some balance changes can be enabled or disabled in the Game Rules, such as Corruption (the modifier that punishes gold hoarding). This mod is for hardcoded balance changes.

Instruction

-> Place it below Chat GPT Flavor Pack.

What's Changed?

-> Stewardship now adds to your Domain Limit, as in vanilla (1/6 ratio).
-> The skill cap of 30 was lifted (100 is the maximum, as in vanilla).
-> Reverted the ~15% nerf to buildings base values and scaling values.

Thanks for the "unbalance'" much appreciated. Think I'm using all your mods in-game now except for the more population mod, keeps them coming por favor.

Didn't realize the main mod was capping stats until I read about this mod. Really needed this because I have some mods that rely on higher skills to work.
