Enforcer

The Enforcer is a Utility Truck created by Marellen Dual Motors. Police forces across Morrow considered it a fine truck for quickly transporting a large amount of officers when patrol cars were in short supply. Primarily rear wheel drive but with a flip of a switch can be switched to all wheel drive when terrain requires it or for increased acceleration. While not known as the fastest car in a chase, if does catch up to the suspect's vehicle it can make use of its custom bullbar to attach itself to the vehicle and slam on the brakes to halt a suspect's vehicle or atleast slow it down. Coming in at a hefty 45 tons (40,587 Kg) it can reach 0-60 Mph (0-27 m/s) in about 7.7 seconds in Rear Wheel Drive. In All Wheel Drive it can reach 0-60 Mph (0-27 m/s) in about 4.4 seconds. The highest speed can vary depending on mode but in AWD it achieved was 215-219 Mph (96-98 m/s) while still remaining "controllable."
