"Developed under the Anvil Initiative, the MA5-R19 (UNSC designation: MA5DA5) originates from the platform’s experimental RPM cyclic rate. The weapon features fixed iron sights on the MA5D’s integrated Smart-Link optics Shroud and barrel, and a partially exposed bullpup magazine housing, reducing reload time during sustained engagements. Reinforced internal assemblies allowed for temporary stability under extreme output, though increased recoil and accelerated barrel degradation limited long-term deployment.

The MA5-R19 was issued to select Spartan-IV and UNSC Marine detachments onboard Anvil Station to select Outer colony worlds where despite its logistical inefficiencies, the rifle became a favored asset in close-quarters suppression roles. Only a handful of test articles were produced before focus shifted to the modularized MA5K platform which would supercede the MA5-R19."

This mod replaces the MP5 in L4D2 with the MA5-R19 ICWS from Halo Online. It comes with custom models and animations recreated by myself. This mod is tested and works for online play in Left 4 Dead 2.
Replaces the HUD icon.
Includes Inspection animations and Holster animations.
Includes Run and Walking animations that change based on player speed.
Includes Fidget animations that play at random when idle or walking.
Includes Halo:Reach style Muzzle particles.
Mod-a-Mod support for modders to easily create skin mods to apply to the base mod.

@Mayor Sinclair was thinking the Plasma Repeater from reach actually. Plasma rifles are more of an SMG than a rifle.

Aye, I think theres still a fair bit that could definitely work. Plasma rifle could fit M16, Storm rifle could fit AK, and Pulse carbine could fit SCAR, for instance.

@Mayor Sinclair Yes. just more brainstorming as not all covenant weapons will work in L4D2's gameplay as standard weapon replacers and also the sucky thing where you can't replace individual weapon tracer particles as they're sometimes shared with other weapons.
