PVE boat farm furnace base for Rust

描述
This is a PVE boat base to be built along water. Indoor furnaces and refineries. 50 planter farm space, vending machine space. Storage rooms placed close to workbench for easy access. including pipe spacing along ceilings. This is a PVE base and not meant for PVP servers. I wanted the base all on one level as this suits me but you could multi-level this one.

When placing the stone gate be sure to leave the 2 missing shown ceiling tiles until AFTER you place the gate. Also be sure that your nearby walls are placed and upgraded beforehand, or you won't be allowed to place them after gate placement.

IMPORTANT! When placing the gate be sure that the little gate hatch window is just above the waterline to allow a RHIB to fit through as you can see in the photo if not you might be stuck driving a little motorboat.
This takes a little practice if you are building the base before you have a gate to start the build with (new wipe, you don't have the gate researched). When you place the gate and are positioning it don't let the gate sink into the walls beside it. slightly in is fine, otherwise you won't be able to place the ceilings in. If you misplace it and have to destroy it and place again you will have to wait for the debris timer before you can try again. This is easy on the server I play on as they have a tool to smash your own items that places it back into your inventory. My suggestion is perhaps build a temporary base or shelter to get yourself a gate or two before you start your build.
It's possible to have one and a half level or even two level room in boathouse which does look nice and roomy (as seen in my in game photo).
If the land slope to the water forces you to drop a half level to place the gate just use half walls and a floor on the dropped foundation to bring the floor up to match the rest of the work (as seen in my game photo that was from another build).

Ideally it is best to have the gate before you start the build and place it first and work from there. Be sure to have your starting foundation at least halfway above the waterline, preferably as high as possible to account for the slope going inland.

Here is a great tutorial for gate placement:
