A.I.C.B. (Artificial Intelligence Command Brain)
Like everything nowadays, even the future has AI support.
This Brain assists the Control Room crew by adding Command Points.
The A.I.C.B. does not require crew by itself only Power and at least 1 cockpit / control room / bridge.

This saves you crew at larger ships.

the reason mod support is added because this block checks wether a control room/cockpit is around, which is done by adding a buff
additional mods can be added if needed

For some reason, the part wasn't working on my ship, despite being powered and right beside the bridge, and deconstructing it crashed the game

This is cool. You missed out on making a decent acronym though imo.
