Simple Respawn Delay

A configurable respawn timer system for Sandbox gamemode that adds a cooldown period after player death before they can respawn.

rscl_enabled (default: 1) - Enables or disables the respawn cooldown system.
rscl_upper_timelimit (default: 20) - Maximum respawn cooldown time in seconds. When random time is disabled, this is the fixed respawn delay.
rscl_down_timelimit (default: 4) - Minimum respawn cooldown time in seconds.
rscl_random_time (default: 0) - Randomizes respawn cooldown time from upper to lower limit.
rscl_autospawn (default: 0) - Automatically spawns players when cooldown expires.
rscl_freecam (default: 0) - Enables free roaming spectator camera during cooldown.
rscl_darkscreen (default: 0) - Displays a black screen during cooldown period.

Configurable through in-game admin menu (Utilities > Admin > RespawnCooldown)
Tested and created with sandbox in mind. Compatibility with other gamemodes isn't guaranteed
