I had made this for myself, as I much prefer my skeletons so be eerie and less glow in the dark.
Figured others might like it too. Tis the Spooky Season after all!


WHAT THIS MOD DOES
Replaces the effect files for the Vampire Counts balefire eye and balefire fire effects with dud files. So when the effects are called up there is nothing to show. So no more fiery eyes, no more fiery hooves, and no more fiery wheels.

It also updates the unit cards for the Dire Wolves (both Vampire and Tombking variants), Direpack & Scurvy Dogs. Simply giving them hollowed eyes to match the rest of the factions unit cards.
This should only effect the Vampire Counts and as mentioned, Dire Wolves.



Compatibility & Updates
It should be compatible with pretty much anything that doesn't mess with:
wh_main_creature_bale_fire.xml
wh_main_creature_bale_fire_eyes.xml

it also shouldn't need to be updated at all. But I'll keep an eye on it and we'll see how that goes.

@Decomposed So sorry I was asleep, but yes it should work! I tested it on a few mods and it effected all of them that reference the bale fire.xml's. The downside is there's no way to turn it on/off for specific units using this method. So it is all or nothing but SHOULD only effect the Vampire Counts bale fire effects. Also glad you like it, love your works, aaah.

Thanks, I had this mod always active in WH 1+2. Couldn't find a working version for WH3.
As I understand this should apply for all custom units as long as they don't have custom animsets, correct?
