A modified version of the Player's patch designed to increase speed of the game and tune some balancing.
Notable inclusions are:
Resource controllers now have the ability to regenerate resources at an asteroid by harvesting the asteroid.
Assault Frigates now come in pairs of two.
All subsystems have massively decreased health
Probes gain the ability to do a sensor ping before moving
All factions have a unique starting fleet (depending if HW1 or HW2)
All missiles are faster
Many field and fire control ships have their radius and effects buffed.
Some utility ships gained small passive health regeneration
