A small mod that changes a few of the base game maps and adds some content for modders

Changes:
* [d1_canals_01] The two cops at the start will now spawn with stunsticks, and one in the stairs will always arrest on sight (Warning mode)
* [d1_canals_01] Added a few more cops, and a few MP7 soldiers
* [d1_canals_01] Boxcart citizen and vort can now be killed by the player, doing so will aggro the vort but force open the boxcart to skip sequence
* [d1_canals_03] Allow matt to be killed prematuraly by the player, doing so will skip the sequence and spawn two cops who break down the door
* [d1_trainstation_02] Added a bonus survival mode (triggered by killing cops/citizens)
* Added 5 new custom sound scripts (found in scripts/game_sounds_custom1-5.txt) for modders (make sure this mod is loaded first before your mod, so these soundscripts are loaded)
* Added looped EP2 soundtracks additionally they will play on the bonus survival mode in d1_trainstation_02

If you want to edit the maps, you'd need to decompile them again or edit the entities trough entspy as long light data or static props aren't touched, also i might do a Garry's Mod version of this, which means no more BSP replacement as i can just use GLua

Known Bugs i found:
* Sequence skips are bit buggy
* Music in d1_trainstation_02 added survival mode sometimes doesn't stop when new wave triggers, and new music might overlap, engine issue
