The World is in flames, Soviet dominance over Europe and the World in general has collpased. Unlike in our timeline, the Soviet Union did not collapse in 1991 but instead it went into a Second Russian Civil War with warlords fighting to restore the lost glory of Russia.

Some of the factors that allowed Soviet Union to exist is first the victory in Afghanistan and the leadership that did not make such liberlist ideas.

Some of the other interesting things that happened in this world are the Indian Civil War between the government and its Nationalist Opposition and the Second Chinese Civil War between the Communist government and the people who saw the collpase of the Soviet Union and want to gain freedom.

There are also interesting nations that you should check out as Algeria, Libya, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
