Improved Heartless Artificer: Project BlackWall

Let's be honest... NOBODY liked the Heartless Artificer. Nobody. Her passive was not competitive, was a huge influence tax early game, and its usefulness if you could develop it into late game was...questionable.

What this mod does is put her on the same level as the Untold Prophet (a gold standard that all leaders should strive toward). Her immorality trait works exactly as before but you don't suffer penalties for building additional cities.

Why? Because they're not talking to each other. They're not even fully aware of each other, nor do they need to be. The artificer is building perfection. Only her vision matters. Only her voice matters. Only she may speak. Welcome to the new Hell.
