1) Converted all RE2 only lighting to vanilla lighting
2) Converted to T4 vanilla CPU
3) Replaced powerplant with vanilla powerplant
4) Cut off the back half of all container controllers, eliminating waste above the 320k vanilla limit. Also reworked the front of the storage areas a bit to further reduce CPU.
5) Removed many thrusters, keeping the down thrusters the same to avoid reducing gravity handling.

The result is a version which fits within vanilla CPU limits while retaining similar gravity handling. Containers go from 640k each to 320k, but 62x320k is still a huge amount of stoage.
