Tradboy's Palenque El Limon

Adds Palenque El Limón Civilization under Leonor to Sid Meier's Civilization V.
Palenque El Limón was a maroon community in the Montes de Maria region of Colombia during the 1600s, queen Leonor was its most famous leader, known for drinking the blood of both allies and enemies, making all other Palenqes in the region afraid subjects of El Limón.

UA: Devil Within Her
Afraid City-States may gift units. Defeating City-States units grants the March promotion to Melee units and Influence with the City-State once you make peace with it.

UU: Malemba (Musketman)
Unlocked earlier at Astronomy and weaker, Grants two for each one produced. Malembas have a one time action to sacrifice adjacent copies of themselves, increasing their combat strength, if done inside a City State, gain a burst of Influence with them.

UB: Bajareke (Wall)
Enemy units that start their turn adjacent to the city center may get poisoned, dealing damage next time they move. Increase Production towards units by 5% per Mountain tile in the city.
