Hello everyone and welcome to this new add-on!


Basically, they are the Legacy models from BMCE: HECU Remastered



Here now, the HECU have allied themselves with Freeman to take down the Combine.


In this add-on, I also took inspiration from the HECU Rebels for their respective models. Here, I placed Recruit Marines as the citizens, and don't ask why the refugees come in uniform, LOL. These also worked for Episodes 1 and 2



Zombie not included, reason: the game crashed on me when I tested it, it even happened in Garry's Mod

everytime i load up highway 17 all the rebels have missing textures for their clothes and accessories

final comment now we just need the CPs, Combine Overwatch soldiers , prison guards and elites (elites can be the HECU red beret officers as there rare to fight ) as HECU marines now. and the APC to be turned into a military US tank of some sort.

Oh yeah on e last comment I know an HECU model was made for barney need one for Alyx or give her Black Op model, and Eli ( give him the red beret hat to show he a general of the HECU US rebel forces) Odessa as an HECU commander with a red Beret as he is a officer in the rebellion

Lore cannon for this is the Overwatch CPs and prison guard forces are HECU Marines as well all in game civilains and rebels are US marines that are drafted by doctor Breen to defend mankind from the rogue aliens and to fight for the combine as the garrsion concripts. However many US military personal and civilans refuse to fight for the combine, but (if your useing HECU mod for combine and cp troops) many Soldiers and civilains choose to keep fighting for the combine out of fear of the Alien machine synth armies that conquer earth in the 7 hour war, others believe serving the combine is better over being wiped out as Dr breen warns. While others have families they are trying to feed and protect. in the uprising chapters both rebel HECU and Loylists HECU troops are in a sort of second American civil war to those who wish to free humanity and those wjo believe serving the combine is the only way foward.
