描述

Turns every 44100 Hz voicelines to 22050 Hz voicelines and also amplified and compressed them twice to get that old voice audio effect heard in some leak voicelines. Also replaces some retail voicelines with leak voicelines (Credits to CheekyGoo and Dr. Riz for lipsync and audio editing)

Hey megalomaniac, thanks! Oh and by the way, you have to fix your e3 2002 OICW mod not being compatible with sniper mods. I wrote the problem in the mod.
