Mount & Magelock

Allows for mounts to be used with the magelock weapon.
All mods I could find for this were outdated or broken so I decided to try my hand at making one myself.


Issues:
Hero appears to be mounted on an invisible mount in its inventory screen, but all other animations seem fine. (I may try to fix this later, but if you have knowledge on how or where I should look to fix this in the resource editor, I'd appreciate if you'd leave a comment with directions as you'd save me time and nerves.)
