Great War: Manpower (5x)

This mod increases the manpower requirements for a handful of battatlions by a factor of 5 (from their base requirements). I was unable to get cavalary to change but that will be updated as soon as possible.

This mod should work with base game as well as the Great War mod (as this is what it was intended for).
