@Ziro for the units you might want to check the military group belongings. My Eastalia version uses its own group. In that way the roster stays seperated no matter what. Thats why I have an Estalia roster and Cataph a TEB combined roster. You have to add my units to the group Cataph uses or vice versa.
In the end I encourage any modder who tries to merge these projects, but I'll not activeley support them in doing so.

I'll take a loot at it. That's probably because the red skill tree affects same-faction units and Red's units aren't being considered as same-faction. I'll hopefully be able to fix it soon
For example Sticks and Stones weapon strength +3% does not affect Piqueros and Armor +3 to Rodeleros
I tried putting the patch above and below Red's Overhaul but it doesn't seem to change anything.
