and about damage he used to have a lot more but after some suggestions I lowered it.
And finally Iron pull can be useful after using certain moves like the bomb one, but I tried to make It not super strong cause, moving your opponent for free can be anoying to opponents.
- His damage seems to be quite low. Partially due to comically high iasa on some tools, partially because his damage is either average or below average
- Away when grounded is infinite hitstun.
- Away beats grab, which could get annoying. Doesn't change much on paper though.
- Iron Pull is just... kinda bad. Your only melee followup is f7, so the only thing you can really do off it in most situations is instant cancel > f4. If the opponent does DI up on Away, I guess you can cheese the timer with Iron Pull
- If close enough to a wall with no prior momentum, Noxx can just walk into the platform from The Cage and have a barrier to just do whatever in provided the opponent doesnt have any projectiles that dont just phase through it. The opponent can do this as well if they use specific characters (For the nerds: Noxx uses move_directly() instead of set_vel() which is normally a non-issue, but this isn't a normal case)
- Comically high iasa on all of his buttons. Most of his buttons are such high iasa that whatever neutral he might have just no longer exists. It makes the walls less of a tool to help control space and more of a way for Noxx to just turtle away.
