Mosaic - Scripted,Automated

This mod is a further development of "Mosaic (Scripted)" from Informal_Geek, who did a great job scripting the setup for this fun game.

Added features:
- player boards to place the cards on, with automated arrangement
- automated counting of pillar symbols on the pillar track
- automated counting of dominance resolve (influence and VP) that can be used for Empire Scoring
- automated counting of Victory Points
