Cannibal Pretend Work & Hut Sheltering

Cannibals at home will use butchery tables, either the "generic use", or the "chop" anim.

They will also sit in Small/Medium Tents, and work at Cannibal Storages.

For other mods like Holy Villages that sometimes place generic butchery tables without explicitly human remains on them, workers will use those too!

Adds several more tables to the village in The Cannibal Hunters start.
