[LVS] V-25 Rebel Combat / Attack Speeder

Huge shout out to Voss for Commissioning this vehicle.
This addon contains 2 variants of the V-25, the combat (open roof) and attack (closed roof) versions. The Combat variant is faster and more maneuverable but has lower health whereas the attack variant is less maneuverable but has a higher health. Both vehicles have weak points which can be seen by typing developer 1 in console and respawning the vehicle. Wookiepedia Page.

> Ion Lasers (Blue)
High Damage to concentrated area, Low AOE, ideal for anti vehicle combat

> Dual Laser Canons
Low Damage, Large AOE, ideal for anti infantry combat.

> Heavy Laser Canon (Red)
High Damage, High AOE, low fire rate, ideal for general use.

> Damage Spots
Engines, will catch fire for a period of time if hit consecutively.
Turret will disable if hit consecutively and enabled after x amount of time/
Windows + Engines + Turret, multiplies the damage taken.

> Armor Spots
Surrounds Weak Points
Prevents damage to weak points unless hit consecutively, with a penetrative weapon, or hit at the right angle.
