Culture & Religion Removal for Anbennar

This mod removes cultures and religions from provinces removed by the initial settings of Anbennar. It has created as a small fix to Jadd cultural assimilation (when culture exists in a province that can't be colonized, which makes assimilation impossible).

This mod is probably compatible with any other Anbennar mod, including those that changes the settings event a bit such as Anbennar content related regions only.
