2 New Mercenary Factions

Adds 2 new mercenary factions:


Faction of crossbow mercs. Their melee combat skills is pretty low but they have a higher crossbow skills. You can hire them only as a bodyguards, they're not doing base guarding job. They have a base in Sinkuun
You can find their squads in:
-The Great Desert
-The Eye
-Heng
-Sinkuun
-Bast
-Grey Desert
-Skimsands
Their squads will spawn only if Yabuta is in prison


Faction with expensive but strong mercenaries. They do both bodyguarding and base protection. They have a base on border of Greyshelf and Flats Lagoon
You can find their squads in:
-Flats Lagoon
-Stormgap coast
-Stobe's Gamble
