Expanded Roster - Chaos Dwarfs Mount Submod

This is just a submod to the wonderful Expanded Roster - Chaos Dwarfs by Decomposed and Dead Baron, this mod enables an Arachnarok mount to the Hobgoblin Pelt Shaman and a no mount option to both the Hobgoblin Pelt Shaman and Great Khan.

I have made very minor attempts at balancing but to be honest this is my first ever mod and I'm unsure exactly how far to go.

Credits go to Decompossed and Dead Baron for the original mod and permission to upload this and to Da Modding Den discord for all the resources and to Casualfield over there for helping me with some errors.
