The Impractical Moist-Zappo!

"What's this!? A new villanous foe has made himself known! The evil mayor has been hording the bacon cheeseburgers for far too long, it's time for a hero to make their stand! *Iconic Impractical Moist-Zappo theme plays* MOOOOIIIIIISSSSTTTTT ZAPPO! He uses his iconic Wet-Blast-O to drench the environment in water, then he uses his iconic Zolt-Blast-O to electrocute his foes dealing..... "Decent" damage... CAN THE IMPRACTICAL MOIST-ZAPPO BRING AND END TO THE TYRANT AND SAVE THE DAY???!!!!"

Yeah this character SUCKS, you WON'T have fun. This joke character relies on his water canon and taser to defeat his foes. Shooting enemies while they are standing in puddles deals good damage however shooting enemies when they are in lakes/canals/pools will take much more damage. Touching enemies in these areas (excluding puddles) while under the effects of the electric pill will cause them to die instantly.

Tips:
-Try and cover the environment with water using your hose before battles.
-After zapping someone with your taser find somewhere to hide while waiting for it to recharge.
-Don’t forget to use the silencer on your taser!
-You can use your water canon to blast you around the map (very useful in the Downtown canals!)
