This mod completely overhauls how characters earn experience in battle, making progression more realistic, organic, and rewarding. Instead of flat XP gains, your generals now earn experience based on performance, tactical efficiency, and the challenge they face.

In the base game, most battles — especially auto-resolved ones — grant a flat 500 XP regardless of difficulty or losses. This removes any incentive to fight skillfully or minimize casualties.

With this mod:

• Overwhelming victories against weaker foes yield smaller rewards.

+ Bonus XP for suffering fewer losses than the AI (maxed when your army strengh loss is up to to x25 times less).
+ 30% XP in siege battles.
