Post-Battle Regen

Configurable post-battle healing.
After winning a battle, recover health based on:
- a percentage of how much was missing at the start of battle
- a percentage of your currently missing health
- a percentage of how much was lost during the battle
- a percentage of your total health
- a flat amount

The exact values for each mode can be set independently, and enabled or disabled in any combination.

the default is 30% of health lost during the battle + 20% of health missing at the start.
