Civ'ed's Qara Qoyunlu

描述
The Qara Qoyunlu, or Black Sheep Turkomans, were a Persianate confederation located in what is now the frontier regions of Azerbaijan, Iran and Turkey, centered around the city of Tabriz. Stunning highs were followed by deep deep lows, and though the confederation did not last 100 years, its conflicts - with their Aq Qoyunlu neighbors, with the Timurids, with the Ottomans - were widespread, but so too was its cultural output - and this civ, playable in the Exploration Age, is designed around that idea!

Notes:
- Since this is my first proper actual published Civ mod, there's a good likelihood something doesn't work - so if there's something that seems off or not working, please feel free to tell me.
- Until art tools are released, when playing against the Qara Qoyunlu there won't be any unit graphics, and when playing them, the Nokar is represented by a Courser and the Dâruġe by an Army Commander. No building graphics either.
