Better DeepMinables

A change to DeepMinable profiles in minables.xml. This change allows you to still have specific regions that return MOSTLY that type of ore but still give you trace ammounts of the other ores(coal and uranium included).

This one will return trace amounts of uranium. There is a version that does NOT.

This is the table of returns for all deposits(replacing the value with 0.91 where that land area dictates is the primary ore)
............... Iron= 0.050 ..Uranium= 0.001 ..Copper= 0.018 ...Gold= 0.007
Hydrocarbon= 0.025 ... Silicon= 0.012 ....Cobalt= 0.005 ..Silver= 0.003
.............Nickel= 0.003 .......Lead= 0.003



This is an XML mod and does NOT require anything other then the game itself.
