描述
Prevents NPC factions from building ships with the Split MK4 engine.

Intended to reduce their death spiral from wasting so many resources on a 5% stat bonus.

It is still available for players.

I recommend Sensible Wars to also reduce death spiralling from ZYA continually suiciding ships through Tharka's Cascade XV. This change is possible with the vanilla diplomacy system, but changing it directly with the mod is more convenient since diplomacy is absurdly slow.

Interesting approach. Will be added directly to the already enormous mod list. I hope this helps to maintain a certain balance and slow down quick economic deaths.

Nah my 60 module engine part factory goes brrrrr. But you are right, it's insane to use MK4.
