Watch Your Trunk [B42 Compatible]

描述
This mod restores the vanilla mechanic which was supposed to add a small chance for items to fall out of the trunk when the trunk door is either missing or in a bad condition but never did
Trailers use different mechanic

Info
  • For items to get a chance to fall out of the trunk the speed has to be over 20, the trunk door should be either removed or opened or be under 60% condition. Steering affects the chance. This is what vanilla was supposed to do, though it wouldn't care whether the door is open or not
  • The trunk door will be opened when item falls out of the trunk
  • If vehicle has no trunk door (Vanilla Pickups) then it would check trunk's condition

Notes
  • Should work with all modded vehicles
  • Can be added/removed to/from existing saves
  • Might be unlisted when it is fixed by TIS

Can be used together with Close The Trunk if you want a higher chance for items to fall out of the opened trunks and also from crashes. Thanks @eberkain for telling about this mod

I had this happening when b42 first came out, had a really busted up trailer that was under 10% quality, things kept falling out.

Was very awkward when I went to get my gun to deal with a horde and was like "Wheres my gun?"

@eberkain just checked, apparently the current version of Close The Trunk mod implements a new mechanic which makes items fall out of the trunk only when player forgot to close the trunk. On top of steering and speed it also makes crashing to impact the chance, which is pretty cool.

This mod on the other hand restores the vanilla function for items to fall out of the trunk which depends on trunk door condition, it also opens the bad condition trunk door whenever an item falls out of it. Both mods can be used together if desired, it will increase the chance for items to fall out of the opened trunk.

@miikrr as I said both b41 and b42 use the same function. So yes, it doesn't do anything in both versions, hence this mod supports both.

I was entertained by the "if u don't" in the comments. Tried to understand the difference between yours and vanilla, i see now you added truckBed among other cleanup. Is 41 broken as well? I heard about this mechanic a while back but never believed it till now

@miikrr enjoy! I learned about it not working yesterday on @Retanaru's stream and decided to investigate. It has typos both in the code and in the comments for it which makes it even more confusing lol. Trunk condition doesn't matter for the chance for items to fall off, only trunk door and its condition.

@miikrr the function is identical to the one in b41 and it has a "typo" which prevents it from actually doing anything. Trailers use different function
