Tarkov LexOs

A fat gangster and his gang has taken over a LexOs car dealership compound in the streets of Tarkov.
A friendly mechanic who lives in a factory wants you to get a PKP for him.
Coincidentally, a crazy hunter who lives in the woods wants you to kill the fat gangster and the fat gangster owns a PKP.

Thank you BSG for making the best buggiest game I've ever played.
A game so fun and yet so glitchy. Escape from Tarkov is truly 1.0 ready.
Each time I die in Tarkov due to Tarkov's code, I always shout "Nikita!".

You can't lebron james a grenade at 50 m in the default game compared to Tarkov. So I gave some time before the heavy machine gun will be mounted by an enemy.
Kaban and his followers have a 50% chance to spawn either side, but the chance is calculated individually. I don't know how to make them all spawn together as a group.
Kaban is using a PKM. Basmach and Gus are in black.
I also added some "scavs". The "snipers" are unfortunately on the ground floor.
