[HAM] - Add Bullet Cam Module

Details:
- Credit to Rydygier & Gunter Severloh for the Bullet Cam script.
- I have made it compatible for multiplayer and made it into a module which can be applied to any unit.
- The Bullet Cam is only visible to the Zeus.
- It is recommended to only place this module on the Zeus unit or an AI unit which is Remote Controlled.
- If you want the cam on a vehicle, you must place the module on the vehicle and not the crew.
- After placing the module on your desired unit, Remote Control them and use your scroll wheel actions to Enable or Disable the Bullet Cam.
- Left CTRL + Move Mouse to Adjust Cam Position.
- Scroll Wheel to Adjust Zoom.
- Spacebar to Exit Cam.

What is H.A.M.?
- Huntsman's Admin Menu made for use in Public Zeus lobbies to give Zeus more on the fly control over the battlefield.

- Profiling Branch recommended but not required for all my scripts.
- Only works on servers with zeusCompositionScriptLevel = 2;
