Victorian Era Extension Mod

This mod brings the Secular Humanism religion to EU4, as well as extends the end date from 1821 to 1921. You can form Modern France and destroy Christianity in Europe, sell Alaska to the Americans, fight the CSA as America, and deal with independence movements as Portugal, Spain, and the Ottomans. All main changes (aside from formables) only affect the game around 1790, so it shouldn't mess with any games before then. Belgium, Yugoslavia, and other formables exist. I hope to add a 1914 start date, with a war that has premade peace deals. There is an Irish Rebellion, Bolshevik Coup, and Fall of the Qing Dynasty. There is much more, but you'll just have to play it to see.

Missions and USA flavor are not done. I may merge my other mods, or make them dependent on this one.
