This is a lighter version of my ULTIMATE VETERANS mod, making units considerably more powerful as they level up, but not overwhelmingly so.

A max level (LVL 9) unit receives:
• Morale: +15
• Melee Attack: +15
• Melee Defense: +15
• Reload Skill: +35
• Accuracy: +35
