描述
Updates:
1) Romans get a bit more money now because the genius AI is building them churches that eat 3000 gold/1500gold. East gets 4500 and west 9000 now.
2) I added +500 gold to every town's earning. (not romans)
2.1) AI upgrades a lot to last levels and most of these buildings lose money instead of making money so I will add an extra 300g on top of the added 500g. It felt balanced already but I want the AI to be a bit broken. I may revert the 300g change later or reduce it to 150g.

Changes:

1) Every horde and city at any level is getting 2000 food, 2000 sanitation and 2000 public order, which basically removes the need of you puting the same buildings in every damn city.
1.1) In addition western roman empire gets 5000 gold for every city it owns. (So they can survive a bit longer)
1.2) In addition eastern romans get 2500 gold for every city they own. (So they can survive a bit longer)


2) I have removed the technology required for all buildings. So you can build them all now without researching anything.
2.1) Buildings don't require dye, iron or any other materials. Build everything you want.
2.2) Building takes 1 turn now. (I added it directly because it would have been incompatible with your 0 turn building mods)
2.3) I have changed the upgrade and downgrade chain This is only for main campagin and not for the DLCs.
What it means is that you can upgrade from level 1,2,3 to 4/5 of that building instantly. You can downgrade from level 2,3,4,5 to 1 instantly instead of wasting your time for 69 rounds.
NOTE: I tried to remove all level 1,2,3 buildings and only leaving legendary (level 5) and level 4 buildings so you could upgrade to them instantly without the need for ( => construction site -> level 1 -> level 4). However I wasted like 5 hours last night, playing around with building_level and other tables to fix the issue. It is not worth the hassle for me

3) I have changed armour/ammo/weapon dmg upgrade stuff from 5%/10%/15% to 10%/20%/30% and they are factionwide now. I have also added the factionwide support to horse bonuses. They are 10%/20%/30% now too.
(I have used inspiration from https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=858404105&searchtext=factionwide+upgrade) The only difference is mine having horse bonus higher and at factionwide level.

?) If you have any idea, I could try to change/add them. I think it still needs a bit polishing.

I don't know about you guys but I am enjoying this mod. I will probably upload two more mods before disappearing for 5 years again.

1) higher (but balanced) experience for armies and generals
2) AI recruits only melee infantry (spears, dogs, swords and etc.)
