Changes:
Fixed some typos and incorrect db_table entries.
Artillery units now have +50% more men and siege engines.
Removed the buff to missile troops for AI on Legendary Difficulty.
Reworked the SHO_Stealth building chains.
Reduced the technology points required to research various technologies.
Reworked the clan bonuses for Hattori and Tokugawa.
Removed Kisho Ninja units.
