Mod Based on Brok Boxer

- Remade the Tail Attack animation.
- Removed the Title belt at the Winning animation.
- Changed the FACE at 25% HP.
- Heavily optimized the file size (From 22MB to 6MB).

- Fixed the rest of the "offset" frames.
- Redrew a bit of Dart's Guard animation.
- Changed a single voice line for Dart.
- Updated his icon as well as placement during Creator Mode.

- Because some of the Brok sprites are "not as tall" (less than 500px mostly compared to Dart with more than 550px), some Dart frames are slightly smaller than usual. His idle stance is the most notable one
- Some animation might be odd such as Brok's tail attack. That is because I do not know how Dart should perform with such limited animation. I appreciate if you guys can suggest me
- I have created a title belt and given Dart his own winning animation. I tried making the belt scene longer but with only 15 frames for winning animation, it is pretty unlikely
- I have replaced every Brok sound into Dart sound, from attacking to getting hurt
- Since Brok can not perform Grab attack, I have made use of Dart's grab attack by putting them into Brok's attack. This Dart is more Boxer than Wrestler
