Major changes Include
-Smaller particle size
-The effect now is on top of the head instead of covering the head
-BLU version added as I mentioned above
-Slower spinning rate (180 to 140)

Higher quality Images because Preview section lowers it to 2 pixels

The RED version might seem bigger, but Radius Random (Size) Is max: 8 min: 1 at both of them. So It's probably like that in SFM. Here's an showcase that both of them are in the same size in game.
